Return Policy

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

At Kelley Tresses, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order; we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn, altered or tampered with.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Furthermore, if your product was purchased at final sale or with a promotional/discount code we can’t offer a refund or exchange. 

Making a Return

Contact us at info@kelleytresses.com within our 7 day return policy. Kelley Tresses merchandise must be shipped back in its original packaging, unopened, unused and accompanied by your receipt or a copy of your invoice.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days.

Refunds & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@kelleytresses.com.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items and items purchased with a promotional/discount code cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or unopened and not taken out of the packaging. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@kelleytresses.com.

Defective Items

We guarantee our products to be free of product defects and will accept a defective item for exchange only if the item is reported to us within 15 days of purchase.

Please email info@kelleytresses.com to report and exchange a defective item within 15 days of purchase. We have the right to refuse the defective item and your exchange request if the hair has been physically altered (cut, or curled using a hot-tool), chemically altered/processed (relaxed, permed, bleached or colored), which ruins the quality of the hair if its not handled correctly.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Salon Suite Nectar c/o Kelley Tresses 7928 Council Place, Matthews, NC, 28105, United States.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We recommend that you send your return with a tracking number and/or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we will not be responsible for lost returns.
